Description
This 9mm cartridge from Remington’s Golden Saber line of ammunition features a 124 grain projectile. The bullet’s jacket is made of brass rather than copper gilding metal, so it is harder and able to penetrate a wider variety of barriers, and also releases superior energy after having traveled a great distance. This bullet has a wide hollow point with spiral cut serrations around its tip, which enables it to create a devastatingly deep wound channel, even at lower velocities, all while lessening its likelihood of overpenetrating a target.
It’s not only this round’s bullet which optimizes it for self-defense. Its sleek nickel plated brass casing feeds and ejects smoothly, resists corrosion very well, and is more visible to facilitate a chamber check in the dark. Should you find yourself in a perilous situation in the dark, you’ll value how this round’s low flash propellant won’t blind you after firing your first shot. Should you find that your weapon has become wet, you’ll be grateful for this round’s waterproofed mouth and primer as well!
